The cost of complex dental treatments can vary depending on a variety of factors such as the complexity of the case, duration of the treatment, and materials required to achieve the desired outcome. To help our patients get a better idea of the cost of these treatments, we provide a starting price as a guide.
Bespoke Plan
When you come in for treatment, our team of dental experts will create a comprehensive treatment plan that outlines the recommended treatment options and their corresponding fees. To help you fully understand the treatments and preventative measures needed to restore your oral health, we will also send you an email with a more detailed explanation.
Our goal is to provide exceptional dental care that balances good value for money. We want our patients to feel confident that they are receiving high-quality treatment that is worth their investment.
Appointments
We take our commitment to exceptional care seriously, and that includes respecting our patients' time. To ensure that we can provide care to all our patients, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel without sufficient notice, we may have to forfeit your deposit as another patient could have been seen in your place.
To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. We will confirm all appointments within 48 hours of scheduling via your preferred method of communication. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible or by 12 pm on the day prior to your appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so if you need to cancel after 12 pm the day before your appointment, we will assess whether your deposit will be charged at the discretion of your clinician.
As the patient, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments, and we encourage you to double-check by calling us if you are uncertain. We want to ensure that you receive the care you need and that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our patients.
